Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Dabbs Fitness, we design our apparel in limited production runs with performance and precision in mind.
We encourage you to review the size guide carefully before purchasing.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Window

You may return eligible online orders within 28 days of receiving your item.

To be accepted, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Be in original condition with all tags attached

  • Be free from odour, marks, or damage

  • Be returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage in transit

Items worn for training, events, or extended use will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

Condition & Inspection

All returns are inspected upon arrival.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if an item shows signs of handling beyond what would reasonably be expected when trying it on for size.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, or unsaleable will be rejected and returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Socks
  • Water bottles

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Due to limited production runs, we cannot guarantee availability of alternative sizes.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow up to 14 working days for processing
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If paying in a currency other than GBP, exchange rate fluctuations may affect the refunded amount.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

If an item develops a fault within six months of purchase, please contact us for review in line with UK consumer rights.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Items being returned
  • Reason for return

We recommend using a tracked postal service.
We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of postage.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

In-Gym Purchases

Items purchased in-gym are eligible for exchange only within 14 days and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds for in-gym purchases are not offered unless the item is faulty.

Excessive Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns or future orders from customers who repeatedly order and return excessive quantities.
