Every order is carefully prepared and dispatched from our London base with the same attention to detail we apply in our coaching.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day
- During launches or busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
UK Delivery
We ship via Royal Mail tracked services. Standard Tracked Delivery (1–3 working days from dispatch): £4.95
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
In-Gym Collection
Local clients may select In-Gym Collection at checkout.
You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.
